Circular Philosophy
Circular cocktail making is a practice that has gained popularity in recent years, and it is an initiative that seeks to reduce waste in bars and restaurants through the reuse of ingredients and the creation of new drinks and products from leftovers. of others. Instead of throwing away leftover fruits, herbs, spices and spirits, bartenders can use them to create delicious and surprising new cocktails. This not only reduces waste, but also allows us to be more creative in our work and offer customers a unique experience.
Circular cocktails also promote sustainability and social responsibility, reducing the carbon footprint of the cocktail industry and promoting environmental awareness in consumers.
To implement this philosophy in a bar or restaurant, it is important to start by reviewing existing processes and practices to identify where waste is generated. Changes to menu and preparation techniques are then implemented to make the most of ingredients and minimize waste.
