Cada detalle visual se eleva. Se dise\u00f1a cada rinc\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"870\">Y, sin embargo, el bar suele tratarse como algo secundario.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"971\">A primera vista, todo parece estar en su sitio.<br data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"920\" \/>Buenas botellas, un montaje limpio, un equipo detr\u00e1s de la barra.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"1026\">Pero cuando empieza el evento, algo no conecta.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1107\">La energ\u00eda no se levanta.<br data-start=\"1052\" data-end=\"1055\" \/>El ritmo se rompe.<br data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1076\" \/>Los clientes esperan. De ah\u00ed se deriva todo lo dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1692\" data-end=\"1695\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"mix1md\" data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1733\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1733\">Un acontecimiento es una l\u00ednea de tiempo viva<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1735\" data-end=\"1778\">Un bar bien dise\u00f1ado evoluciona con la noche.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"1861\">Servir las mismas bebidas a las 19:00 y a las 02:00 es uno de los errores m\u00e1s comunes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"2076\">La bienvenida debe ser ligera, refrescante y f\u00e1cil de beber, pero tambi\u00e9n necesita un impacto inmediato. C\u00edtrico, dulce, seco, algo m\u00e1s complejo, y una opci\u00f3n sin alcohol con el mismo nivel de cuidado que el resto.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2640\" data-end=\"2737\">La ejecuci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s importante que la variedad, sobre todo cuando hay tres personas en la barra y el ritmo se acelera.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"2742\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"3cqrwv\" data-start=\"2744\" data-end=\"2779\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2747\" data-end=\"2779\">La log\u00edstica decide el resultado<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2837\">Esta es la parte que nadie ve, pero que lo define todo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2839\" data-end=\"2984\">El hielo siempre se acabar\u00e1 antes de lo previsto.<br data-start=\"2884\" data-end=\"2887\" \/>El calor afectar\u00e1 a los ingredientes.<br data-start=\"2921\" data-end=\"2924\" \/>La configuraci\u00f3n de los chal\u00e9s rara vez es tan sencilla como parece sobre el papel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2986\" data-end=\"3062\">Si no hay una estructura adecuada detr\u00e1s de la barra, los problemas aparecen de inmediato.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3064\" data-end=\"3213\">Los ingredientes reci\u00e9n preparados, los siropes y pur\u00e9s caseros, el almacenamiento adecuado y un sistema claro de reposici\u00f3n no son detalles.
